libcsfml-audio2.3 software package provides Libraries for the C Binding of SFML - Audio Part, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsfml-audio2.3
libcsfml-audio2.3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsfml-audio2.3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsfml-audio2.3 *
